Obituary of Virginia Sue McGhee

McGhee, Virginia Sue, 87, of Redington Shores, died Tuesday October 23, 2001. Born in Wayne County, IL, she came here in 1974 from Bradenton, FL. She attended Central Christian Church, and was a former member local, state and national nurses association. In the 1950?s, she was nurse in charge at Flora, Illinois Hospital. She later was a Manatee County Public Health nurse until her retirement in 1974. Survivors include her son, Dr. Truman McGhee of Redington Shores, brother, Paul Pittman of Vandalia, Il, sister, Helen Smith of St. Petersburg, granddaughter, Heather Kelley of Boston, MA, and grandson, Timothy McGhee of Los Angeles, CA.
