Obituary of Betty Eleanor Slaughter

Slaughter, Betty Eleanor, 75, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday October 31, 2001 at Arden Courts. Born in Hesperia, Michigan, she came here in 1952 from Michigan. She was a homemaker and had done nursing in Muskegon, MI. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church; a member of the F.O.M.A. Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, and a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include one daughter, Amy Chestnutt of St. Petersburg; one son, Mark Slaughter of Ft. Worth, TX; her mother Amy Thompson, and two sisters, Arlene Homan, and Pat Geyer, all of Hesperia, MI; and one brother Floyd Thompson, Jr. of St. Petersburg.
