Obituary of Harry W. Watson

Watson, Harry W., 78, of St. Petersburg, died Monday November 12, 2001 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, he came here in 1953 from Jersey City. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII and retired from the Data Processing Department at the St. Petersburg Times. He was a past president of the Civitan Club of St. Petersburg, was very active in the Neighborhood Crime Watch, was an active member of First United Methodist Church and a member of the choir, and was an avid gardener. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Marjorie J. Watson, 2 daughters, Janet W. Jones and Leslie J. Marsh, both of St. Petersburg, and 4 grandchildren, Lauren K. Jones, Makenzie L. Marsh, Colby E.
