Burns, Paul E., Sr., 59, of Gulfport, died Thursday November 15, 2001 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Dedham, Massachusetts, he came here in 1992 from North Attleboro, Massachusetts. He was a waiter at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club for the past 9 years. He was a Catholic. Survivors include 4 sons, Brian C. Burns and Paul E. Burns, Jr., both of St. Petersburg, David A.
