Obituary of Helen E. Sample

Sample, Helen E., 88, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday November 20, 2001 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute in St. Petersburg. Born in the borough of Manhattan, New York, New York, she came here in 1972 from Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Sample was a homemaker and was an honorary member of the Cleveland, Ohio Police Department. She was catholic. Survivors include her son, Frank Prohaszka, Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, two sisters, Dorothy Herda of Parma, Ohio and Mildred Ungrady of Cleveland, Ohio, several nieces and nephews.
