Obituary of Sally O. Davis

Davis, Sally O., 103, of St. Petersburg, died peacefully on Saturday November 17, 2001 at Bon Secours-Maria Manor. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she came here in 1969 from Hartford, Connecticut and was a long-time resident of the Princess Martha in St. Petersburg. She was a graduate of Manistee High School in Michigan and moved to Hartford, Connecticut after her marriage to Harold Thieman. After his death, she moved to St. Petersburg with her sister where she met and married the late James Davis. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Sally was the youngest of 5 children and is survived by 3 nieces, Marge Patterson of Farmington, Michigan, Gertrude Riching of Frankenmuth, Michigan and Shirley Armstrong of Kewading, Michigan, 11 great nieces and nephews, 21 great great nieces and nephews and 1 great great great nephew.
