Obituary of Peter Lynn Pete'' Hays

Mr. Peter L. Hays, 49 died Friday, November 30, 2001 in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida. Memorial Services will be held on Monday, December 10, in Charlotte, No. Carolina. Pete was the son of Wes and Virginia Hays, both of whom preceded him in death in 1999. Pete was born April 25, 1952, in Huron, South Dakota, and graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1974. He lived in the Kansas City area until 1984, when he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was employed by NCNB National Bank. He subsequently relocated to St. Petersburg, in 1995 where he continued his employment with Bank of America. His brother and sister in law, Jon and DeAnne Hays of Durham, N.C. survive him. Pete was an avid golfer, and will always be remembered for his kind nature and positive approach to life. Memorials may be made to the donor?s choice of charity.
