Obituary of Albert C. Drake

Drake, Albert C., Sr., 77, of Pinellas Park, died Wednesday December 5, 2001 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. Born in Glen Gardner, New Jersey, he came here in 1986 from Irvington, New Jersey. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and retired as a superintendent for the Sanitation Department in the City of Irvington, New Jersey. He was a member of VFW Post 9393 in New Jersey and a member of Palm Lake Christian Church. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Dorothy M. Drake, 3 daughters, JoAnn Larkin of Punta Gorda, Florida, Lynn Geiter of Palm Harbor, Florida and Dawn Somers of Newton, New Jersey, 8 grandchildren, a brother, Arnold Drake of St. Petersburg, and a sister, Alice Palmer of St. Petersburg.
