Mikell, Jonathan A., 20, of St. Pete Beach, died Friday December 21, 2001 at home. A native of St. Petersburg, he was a construction laborer. Wilcox of Clearwater, a daughter, Alexis Mikell of St. Petersburg, a son, William Latham of Clearwater, a brother, Wayne Wiggins of St. Petersburg, a sister, Lawanna Burgess of St. Petersburg, his paternal grandfather, Harry W.
