Obituary of Dorothy D. Hummel

Hummel, Dorothy D., 85, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday February 27, 2002 at Bayfront Medical Center. She came here in 1953 from her native Philadelphia, PA, where she had been a member of the Community Chapter Order of Eastern Star #428, a Past Matron of the Quaker City Chapter Order of Eastern Star #162, and a past District Deptuty Grand Matron. Locally, she was a homemaker and attended Northside Baptist Church. Survivors include a step-daughter, Ruth Zepp, Deland, FL; a niece, Delores D. Vitas and a nephew, Harry M. Dengler, Jr., both of Feasterville, PA; two granddaughters; a great-niece; two great nephews; and two great-great nieces. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
