Love has no bounds. From heaven to earth, from earth to heaven. Always and forever. That place in my heart will always be yours.

Jerome was such a GOOD MAN--and then he added to that being a wonderful priest. He was always so open and trusting--even if he wasn't in complete agreement with some of the proposals we brought to him regarding liturgy, he'd always REALLY listen, consider the idea carefully, ask a few questions--and then he'd TRUST us! I loved his gentleness and humor--and how kind he was when my mother died.
Thank you, Jerome, for all the love and care you gave us for so long...rest in the Lord, good friend!

I especially remember Father Diffley for his love of the children. Watching him, watch the children during school liturgies is a wonderful memory. He will be missed and remembered fondly.
Rest in Peace, Father Diffley, we all love you.

I spent most of my elementary school years at Holy Family. While I didn't realize it at the time, Father Diffley was a wonderful man and a very close friend to dozens of families in the Holy Family Parish. He truly was part of our family. He not only took part in our holiday celebrations, he would also be there to just say hello. Father Diffley performed the marriage ceremony for my wife and I and he baptized our daughter. He will be missed by everyone he touched throughout his life.

Our family holds many loving memories of Fr. Diffley close to our hearts. He was always an important part of our family beginning in 1971... and shared in all our joyful times and sad times...He was always a part of every family gathering...and Oh! how I remember the hours that Fr.D. and Pete worked on the plans for the new church...it was a project of love for both of them.
We shall miss him terribly... another member of our family is now gone....but we know that now, he and Peter and my Dad are together again in God's Heaven..and probably that he and my Dad are still arguing over who had more hair!!! That was always a BIG discussion!!
Rest in peace,Fr.Diffley, your life was well-lived and an example to us all. Thank you for being YOU...we love you and this family will miss you.
