Obituary of George K. Kickliter

Kickliter, George K., 94, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, January 10th, 2002 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. He was born in Hillsborough County and moved to St. Petersburg in 1939 from New York, NY. Locally, he practiced law for 62 years and was owner of George K. Kickliter, P.A. He was a member of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church and the Nitram Lodge #188 F & A.M. where he was a 32nd degree mason. He was instrumental in starting little league baseball in St. Petersburg and remained active for 30 years as a coach, manager and sponsor. He is survived by 1 daughter, Joyce Lane and 1 son, Gene M.
