Obituary of Christine Marie Miller Garber Ruebel

Ruebel, Christine Marie Miller Garber, 88, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday January 17, 2002 at Palm Shores of St. Petersburg. Born in Bowling Green, KY, she lived in Columbus, OH and attended school in Indianapolis, Indiana. She worked for a wholesale jewelry distributor in the Indianapolis area and as an administrative assistant for several years. She traveled extensively and moved to the Ft. Lauderdale area in 1947 before moving to St. Petersburg. She was a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and Grace Lutheran Church. Survivors include three nieces, Charlene Barksdale, San Ramon, CA, Vera Bowers, Indianapolis, and Ann Baskette, Little Rock, AR; a stepson, Charles G. Ruebel, Jr., McMinnville, OR and a stepdaughter, Barbara J. Stubbs, Tampa, FL.
