Vanscoy, Thelma M., 86, of St. Petersburg died Friday Jan. 18, 2002 at home. Born in Hastings, Minnesota, she moved to St. Petersburg from Turlock, California in 1991. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 10 years, Chester; three sons, Thomas Spellman, AZ; Paul Spellman, CA; and James Spellman, VA; six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
