Obituary of Kenneth McKay Jorgensen

Jorgensen, Kenneth McKay, 74, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday January 20, 2002 after a short illness. Born in Ancon, Canal Zone, he came here in 1980 from the Panama Canal Zone where he was a meteorologist with the US Government for 31 years. He was a US Air Force veteran of the Berlin Airlift. He was a member of the Panama Canal Society, Vice Commodore of the Balboa Canal Zone Yacht Club, a licensed pilot for multi-engine aircraft, an avid boat builder and owned Hanger One at Albert Whitted Airport for several years. He is survived by his sister, Shirley J. Magie, St. Petersburg.
