White, Stephen Allen ?Steve?, 47, of the Pier Marina in St. Petersburg, died Friday March 15, 2002. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he came here 7 years ago from Portland, Oregon. He was a sail maker for JSI Sailnet in St. Petersburg since 1997 and was an avid boater/sailor in Tampa Bay. Survivors include 2 sisters, Michelle Marie White of San Diego, California and Lisa McGrath of Boston, Massachusetts, a brother, John White of Neptune Beach, Florida and 7 nieces and nephews.
