Ralph V. Derby, 96, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died December 2, 2009. He was born in Galway, New York and moved to St. Petersburg in 1983 from Saratoga Springs, NY. He was a Digger Operator at IBEW #1249 Syracuse, NY and was a Jehovah's Witness. He is survived by 2 daughters, Shirley A. Bush of St. Petersburg, Donna Fillmore of North Port; 5 grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, and Jeffery Bush, Todd and Jodi Fillmore, 8 great grandchildren, Marcellina, Christina, Tiffany, Morgan, Travis, Brandon, Shelby, Ashley, and 2 great great granddaughters, Kiera, and Cameron.
