Although too many years have passed since I last spoke with your mother, reading the kind and loving words you have written reminded me why I so enjoyed knowing her. I recalled your mother’s political activity, realtor experience, her love of writing, and the tales of her and your father managing their hotel. I reflect on the amazing family and many of the extended family she deeply loved and nurtured so well. To my knowledge, your mother was the first and only member of Christian Science that I have met. Such faith and discipline! I cannot go one day without a handful of aspirin and antacids.
However, much of what I just learned reading about your mother is new and extraordinary. Pass-A-Grille and Tierra Verde in the 1940s must have been as developed as Gilligan’s Island. Your mother’s acquaintance with Silas Dent, whom I suspected was actually a character from folklore, is a revelation I hope to explore.
All the adventures and variety plus your mother's dedicated volunteerism complement the pleasant and lingering memories I shall always have of a very sweet, intelligent, and accomplished person. I realize the details here of your mother’s life, particularly her time with your father—an agreeable and singular gentleman I also enjoyed knowing—are more than time and space allow. Please excuse my imperfect and incomplete condolences, but accept my belated expression of love and respect for your mother. She lived a truly remarkable life filled with contributions to so many.

Mrs. Einboden welcomed all of Janet's friends, even me! She was a bold and kind woman who showed the spirit of sincere love to those who met her. Her influence on all of us was that of strength and friendship. I was so fortunate to be an adoptee at the Einboden house; I hope that she and Bud and enjoying their life together again. Love to all of her family. Eileen Charette

My condolences to the family. June was one of my most favorites at Regal - she always had such spunk and didn’t take crap from anyone-she said what she felt! I spent many hours on the phone with you Paul trying to figure out what we would do next, but in the end my June bug had the final say....she kept us all on our toes but I absolutely loved her. RIP my “June bug”
You will forever live on in our hearts

June was my dear friend and neighbor. We slowly through the years shared more and more of our savior Jesus Christ. We became prayer partners and close compadres! Wheni went to see her at the home it made me so happy to have her tell one of the women who worked there that i was her best friend from New York. Jill and I grinned that she remembered me! And where i was from.can’t wait to. See her in heaven! I will miss you June!

When we first moved to St. Petersburg, 2007, I met Jen Hewitt, June’s granddaughter. I had the pleasure of spending many afternoons and evenings enjoying June’s sharp sense of humor and kind heart. She reminded me of my grandmother which was very comforting moving to a new place. June enjoy your reward, of a life well lived, in Heaven with Jesus, Mary, and the Angels!

June is one of the most loving people I have known, and such a dear friend for many years. There was never a conversation we had together when I was not laughing out loud at something she said. Every time I called to talk with her, or when my wife and I would see her or visit her, I knew I was going to have a wonderful time! Her wit and humor will always stay with me and is the wonderful gift she has left me. I know that those she is with now are having as delightful a time with her as I did when I was with her! I will always cherish my memory of her.
