Obituary of Arthur P Finlay

Finlay, Arthur P. "Pat", 91, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away on November 6, 2020. Pat was born in Ohio and received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Pat served his country in the US Air force, retiring in 1976 as a Lieutenant Colonel. Pat was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his loving wife, Mona, of 57 years and several family members. Pat's committal service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 11am at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
