Obituary of Patricia Ann Solomon

Patricia Ann Solomon, 74, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Saint Petersburg on December 15th, 2022.  She was born in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Raymond and Ruth Gaskin.  Pat is survived by her husband Fred and their beloved puppy Miko; sons Chris (Tara), Doug, Scott (Bessie) and Steve (Amy); granddaughters Skylar, Saige, Lia, Ella, Kate, Alex and Lucy; great grandsons Josiah and Jedediah, as well as many close friends.

A driven and intelligent woman, Pat graduated from Treadwell High School in Memphis after skipping the 11th grade.  Being an independent and resourceful woman, Pat became a successful entrepreneur, serving as an officer and director for several public and private companies.  That business acumen led her to husband Fred, her business and life partner for the next 32 years. Pat’s loving and generous nature, her beautiful smile, and her charming spirit touched everyone she met, and made them instantly feel like family. Pat’s strong faith which sustained her through trying health issues was inspirational to those around her.  She will be missed, honored, and revered by all.

Patricia’s celebration of life will be held at Harbourside Club House at 3pm on February 11th.  The service will be led by Reverend Donald Mason.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Tampa Bay.
