I am sorry to hear that Joe has passed. My condolences to his family. I worked at Home Depot many years, and Joe was such a help to us drivers in the delivery department. Joe was the master in electrical. I remember his great sense of humor, and how Joe made work enjoyable. Seeing Joe in action, his knowledge was truly astounding. No wonder so many customers and fellow employees asked for his help. A wonderful man!

I reconnected to cousin Carol during the pandemic when she took my Zoom exercise classes, and Joe was helping her set things up on the computer. We never had much time together, but he made me laugh even then, just being himself. I could tell he was a great man, and a lover of life. Although I live in New York, I feel connected to the Bonnano family and look forward to meeting everyone some day in the not too distant future. Joe will always be with us in our hearts!

I met Joe over 30 years ago working on numerous sites throughout St. Petersburg. His wonderful sense of humor and great personability clicked and we became good friends. We will miss all the day trips we took with Joe and Carol throughout Florida. I believe he's helping God keeping heaven and all the stars in the skies lit. Joe, I look forward to seeing you again. All our love to you to Carol.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I pulled up an old article on the internet from 2007. In the article they had interviewed him about working at home Depot. It said how much he enjoyed working there and how he enjoyed continuing to work well in to his 60s. Thank you so much for sharing his life story here. Ann Marie

Joe was one of those guys who everyone enjoyed being with and made one feel like he really cared about you. I met him when I was 15 and he and Carol were already a couple. I will miss his presence in our world.

Joe was the best, full of humor and thoughtful words of wisdom. We had many fun trips with Carol and Joe over the years. Here they are in Massachusetts by their favorite lighthouse. Rest in Peace Mr. Joe.
