GOD BLESS you Phil! You were responsible for my 1st job as a staff appraiser at Home Federal in 1976. Little did you know that that decision 48 years ago created the path for my entire life journey so far. I have been & continue to work as an appraiser! I find it amazing how one decision from one person can affect the lives of so many others. May God bless you in Heaven & all of your family. Thank you for being a part of my life!!!
