Obituary of Phil Leon Gehres

Gehres, Phil L., age 75, of St. Pete passed in his sleep peacefully on March 12, 2024.  He was preceded by his wife whom he will be reunited with.  He is survived by his 3 siblings, 2 sons and his grandson. 

He spent his career as a real estate appraiser after 4 years in the Navy.  An avid nature lover you could find him outdoors hiking kayaking or simply working in the yard.  Other times you would find him playing table tennis, his other passion with the Sunrise Table Tennis Club.  He immensely enjoyed the company of family and his grandson, the newest member of the family.   

A Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday, April 11th, at Anderson McQueen Tyrone Funeral Home at 7820 38th Avenue North, St Petersburg 33710 from 4:30pm until 6pm.
